Rewards and prizes

We believe your feedback deserves more than just a thank-you. That’s why we have two ways to reward our loyal customers:

Guaranteed reward — every verified product or store review on our website earns a £5 coupon for your next order of £25 or more. The coupon is valid for 90 days.
Quarterly prize draw — every review you leave (on our website, Google or Facebook) also counts as an entry into our ongoing draw. Each draw awards three £10 Hunter and Walker e-gift cards.

How the quarterly draw works

Entries: Every Product, Store, Google or Facebook review equals one free entry.
Coupon eligibility: Only verified reviews on our website generate the £5 coupon.
Multiple wins: Prizes are drawn independently, so it's possible for the same reviewer to win more than once in the same draw.
Announcements: Winners are announced in our Facebook group and contacted by email.
Draw dates: 1 December | 1 March | 1 June | 1 September. Entries close at 23:59 UK time the day before each draw.

£5 coupons are automatically issued only for verified product or store reviews on our website. One coupon may be active per customer at a time. Minimum spend £25. Valid for 90 days. Coupons can be used with product and shipping discounts, but are excluded from use with order-level discounts
Multiple reviews of the same product are not permitted in the same draw.
E-gift cards are valid for 12 months and function as store credit — they can be used like cash on our website.
All rewards are non-transferrable.
Only genuine customer reviews on Facebook and Google will be entered into the draw.
We will never ask you for payment or banking details to claim a prize. If you ever receive such a request, please report it as phishing and do not reply.

One winning entry will be picked at random live on Facebook on 13/10/2024 in a raffle draw. The winner will be notified by email.
