Free Delivery Thresholds Explained

For Standard free shipping the minimum order value is £45. Automatically applied at checkout.
For Express free shipping the minimum order value is £55.  You will need to select Express Shipping at checkout, otherwise your order will be despatched as standard shipping.

For orders between £45 - £54.99, you can upgrade shipping to our Express service for £1.00.

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch non-custom orders the next business day (Monday-Friday) Although please allow up to 2 working business days for despatch.  We post orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 depending on your selection at checkout.
The Royal Mail website states "We aim to deliver RM Tracked 24 the next working day and RM Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days" (Subject to change)

The delivery times quoted are a guide only and not guaranteed, especially during busier periods such as late November and all December, strike action or any other unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Custom Orders

We will advise you directly of the individual lead time and despatch of your custom order.

Guaranteed Delivery

If you require your items by a specific date, then please make contact prior to placing an order as we cannot guarantee any delivery date with the standard and express services offered.
The only 'guaranteed' postal option is Royal Mail Next day delivery by 1pm.  This option can only be arranged by special request by calling 07424713454
