Halo Ring Silicone Mould

Use our halo ring silicone mould to bake fragranced EVA aroma beads into a substantial 30g car freshie with a crisp, square-edged profile. Its size delivers strong scent throw without using more beads than necessary.

Finished product size

Dimensions and weight of the finished freshie produced are approximate and dependant on how many beads are used:

• 74mm outer diameter ring
• 44mm inner opening
• 15mm face
• 12mm deep (If filled to top of mould before baking)
• 30g finished weight (If filled to top of mould before baking)

Mould details

• External dimensions 81mm dia +30mm tab x 25mm high
• Internal height of ring 20mm
• Made from durable platinum-cure silicone
• Heat resistant up to 250°C
• Suitable for use with aroma beads, wax, soap, resin and plaster.
• Not food safe
• Cast using a 3D-printed master, so faint print lines or seam marks may be visible in the silicone.

Caring for your mould

• Clean using warm water and washing-up liquid
• Allow the mould to dry fully before use
• Remove mica or glitter using washing-up liquid and a soft-bristled toothbrush
• Store upside down between uses to help prevent dust settling inside
• Always store flat to prevent the silicone becoming distorted over time
