Rhubarb and Rose wax melts bring together the sharpness of freshly cut rhubarb with soft English rose and ripe, juicy fruit. Uplifting and comforting with a cedarwood base giving enough depth so it's neither overly sweet or traditionally floral.
If you enjoy the kind of fruity floral fragrance often found in luxury bath and body collections, you will recognise the same contrast of tart rhubarb, soft rose and warm woods. It is particularly lovely in living spaces, where it leaves the room feeling clean, cheerful and inviting.
How the fragrance develops
Tart rhubarb makes the first impression, with English rose softening its sharper edge. Peony follows as the wax warms, joined by raspberry and lychee for a juicy fruitiness that feels mouth-watering rather than sugary.
Dark cedarwood comes through underneath, grounding the fruit and florals and giving the fragrance a smooth, lasting finish. It has been developed and tested for strength, so you will continue to notice it in the room after the tealight has gone out.
Decorated to reflect the fragrance
Each bar is finished by hand with dark pink rose petals and a scattering of silver biodegradable glitter, chosen to complement its floral heart and lively character.
